Is there any other incubator you recommend? I am really looking to only pay about $100 on one.

I know that @Kiki hatches quail... you could ask what incubator she uses.

I use a Little Giant still air.

One can make any incubator work.
Learn what ever bator you get before you put eggs in it.

Get a few thermometers and calibrate them.
Get a humidity gauge and salt test it.
Purchase these separately from the incubator.
Trust no incubator's built in instruments.
