Trouble with door opener

Hi and Happy Holidays Everyone,
I have a Poultry Bulter door opener and love it when it works. I'm wondering if anyone else has one and can tell me why after about 2 to 4 days it does not close. I have to take the cover off and reset it according to the instructions, but I'm hoping someone can help me, perhaps with some adjustment you made. I have now stopped using it. I would love to get it working consistently. Thanks in advance!

I'm sorry you're having trouble. I don't have that kind, so I'm not sure what the problem is. Have you tried contacting the place that sold it to you, yet? I would try that, while you're waiting for an answer here.

I sent an email but have not herd back, they were very nice when I called them with questions when we first got the door. I guess I will have to try calling again.
