Boy and a girl. The girl is only five days old the boy is three months, do you think I should keep them in the same pen together?

That's nice. They need company, so yes, I'd just watch to make sure the older buckling doesn't hurt the doeling. Are they polled or dehorned? If you're going to breed them, unless you don't care about knowing the due date, etc., then separate them when they're older. You would have to get more goats to make sure they're not alone, though.
