There's this girl and everyone calls her ugly. And this guy at work is a total jerk all the time to ONLY me because he said it's fun.

Report that guy to the manager and ignore him. He only does it to upset you; if you ignore him, he won't find it fun anymore.

The trick is: Don't let him bother you. When you give in and show him he bugged you, that's when he keeps harping on you. Prove him wrong. Never let him change your personality or smile...

Like my signature used to say: Let your smile change the world, don't let the world change your smile. If he bugs you to the point, you are not you... That's when the next step comes. Telling the manager or give him a good wack. I might have said something that will cause trouble, but it is always an option...
