Something like that, however here's what I've seen, three out of my four drakes are crested, in my first batch I hatched 18 ducklings and I think maybe 4 showed a crest BUT I have yet to get a Swede with a crest and my Swedish drake is crested so yeah I would think his offspring would have crests but so far nope. (Okey that might change when this next batch hatches)

Well numbers don't work out like they should - heterozygotes are supposed to pass the allele on to 50% of their offspring but that only works out when you have a LOT

Nice! Depending on weather my chicks can be without a light during the day by one week and at night by two weeks. Brooding outdoors.
