I wonder if this will grow out to be laced? It looks almost identical to a silver laced Wyandotte, if it didn't have muff and pea comb I'd mix it up with them.

Yeah. Don't know, it's an Easter egger from Estes hatchery. If it turns out Silver Laced (and is a hen) I'm so breeding it to a SLW.

So appearently Lady Elaine just couldn't let herself be out done by Big Mama, she's not full broody yet but I do think she will be before long.

That nest is 6" high, overnight.

What most of the others I picked up look like.
