I'm pretty sure I know my ducks hid their nest, right in middle of a 15' wide 20' high burn pile. Yeah, I ain't finding that nest.

Judging from how many eggs I'm not getting I'd say there's at least 11 eggs in there. That or they went on strike.

Well, today is a sad day. I went to feed my owl and found him dead. No apparent cause, and yesterday he was normal.

Wow, this is going to take some getting used to. It sounds silly, but I loved that little guy.

I'm sorry, KFG! May he rest in peace, and I hope that his wing is fully healed now.

Well it's mostly brush the goats ate so they just push aside the small beaches and in they go. Did I mention they're st least as good at hiding as they're wild ancestors?
