They were going to clean themselves off outside after getting all dirty in some sand, and something was messed up with the water and electric. Brother fell facedown in the rose bushes. He couldn't move or let go, sister was screaming and also got shocked, fell on top. Mom heard, came out and got her up, lil bro was totally limp and we thought he was dead at first. I wasn't there in the beginning.

They are 3-6 years old.

It really was. Just a little longer...I don't want to even think about it. And what's worse is that I was studying, and heard my sister scream. They scream all the time, so I thought they were just playing...if my mom hadn't heard...
