I'm tired of these anxiety attacks! I've had them nonstop within the last 24 hrs.!

Calm down. It will be ok. Just remember pain is temporary. And when you're having an attack just breath. Talk to yourself about what is going on to you. Face your fears head on instead of running away. That means think about and focus on the panic attack and it will go away. If you try to distract yourself the attack will last longer.
