Trying to seduce the roo???

Last night while sitting and watching my chickens I saw my 14 week old Cinnamon Queen crouch down low to the ground and back herself up to the 14 week old roo as if extending an invitation...it reminded me of a female cat in heat who crouches down for the male cat to mount. I was totally shocked! Is this normal behavior? My roo just started to crow this week (pathetic so far)...would this have anything to do with her behavior? Did I mention I was shocked??

Sounds like it. Funny, mine have never done that. My rooster tricks them by calling them to treats, then jumps them.

My pullets have sqatted for ME, but my rooster has to Treat & Trick 'em or chase them down to mount them.

Sounds like your Cinnamon Queen is a hussy.
