TULSA area Cluckers

They are beautiful! I am pretty maxed out on birds myself, I do not have a limit as I am outside Tulsa but I have plans for my breeds and pens with no excess coop space. In fact I have a few roosters that need to be sold anyway! Being near point of lay, I would think you should be able to find homes for them very quickly, especially for a good price like that.

I am so glad i found the TULSAN thread, i live just outside of Tulsa, technically we are still Tulsa, but if you live around where I do, then you know that isn't the case. Lol
I asked this in the OKIE thread as well. but figured i would post it here also. i have a question.. at first we will be just having duel purpose birds for eggs and meat for ourselves and a few other family members. but we will eventually start to hatch chicks as well and i am sure will have an abundance more often than not, so is it a necessity to get NPIP or is it better to just sell on craigslist and here to people who want them. they will most likely be mutt chickens in all reality when we start breeding. so is NPIP really that big of a deal? what are the pros and cons of being NPIP vs non-NPIP? thank you in advance for the info.
I wouldn't unless you're planning to go into the chicken business. It's just another way for government to know more about you than they need to.

Hey guys, I gotta clear out some space.

I have SEVERAL bantam Mille Fleur Cochin cockerels, a Mottled bantam Cochin cockerel, show quality bantam Buff Brahma hens (seriously...these girls are AMAZING when in condition and they both go broody).

Please let me know if you're interested, otherwise the Cochin cockerels are gonna get the chopping block and I need the room from the Buff Brahma hens to move birds around.

My buff brahma bantam hen is my prettiest chicken. If I could have another I'd definitely buy one from you but I'm already way above the city limit. They sure are pretty birds.

All the extra Mille Fleur's are gone. Looks like I will have a literal buttload of bantam Langshans later this year though! LOL! Take those to some shows and see if I can't sell something!
