Hello all. Wondering if anyone has experience with this breed. I recently was introduced to a juvenile and she was as sweet as could be. Is this the norm for this breed? Also, in research, I noticed some had red necks and others not. Why is that?
These odd little birds have captured my attention and I would like to learn more. Thank you

Based on what I've read, too, it doesn't sound 'un'normal for her to be sweet. If tamed as chicks, I think a lot of birds will be sweet or friendly, but it does depend on the breed somewhat. Like typically more white egg layers than brown egg layers tend to be more skittish, I believe. And as for your second question, I'm afraid I'm no help to that. Sorry. :/
