Turkey poult

i have a three day old turkey poult that won’t eat feed it will only eat boiled egg it’s not a big deal but I’m having to feed it a few times a day and would like to be able to get it to eat it’s proper feed any tips ? I’ve tried a wet mash and mixing it with egg and nope he’s not having it.

Do you have any chicken chicks you can put it in with? They will teach it to eat and drink. Otherwise, you can try making a pecking motion with your finger in the feed and see if that encourages it to eat it. Once it learns what the feed is, it should eat on its own.

Yes I’ve put a couple chicks in with it there is also four ducks in there I’ve been motioning to the food constantly and he just doesn’t get it is constantly crying I’ve fed him lots of egg and got him to drink water and he is still crying poor baby
