Just a couple more weeks ...

If you set the incubation in late February, They will be old enough to go outside by spring.
 
I do not dare start my first batch until the 7th of March. They would hatch April 1st and hopefully I can get them outside May 1st.

That is really pushing it though.



And I mean chickens not Turkeys they will not even lay until April.

I am tearing up. I went back on the road (trucking) with my husband, and had to sell everything. I still ache for the turkeys. Seeing their first eggs, and the joy of seeing them with their young. The best I can hope for now is pictures.

You are welcome to stop by & play with my turkeys any time you are over this way. Most of mine walk right up & let you pick them up...spoiled brats...lol
