Turkey with healed broken leg unable to put weight on it now

This turkey must have broken his leg when he was still quite young, but it is completely healed up now and he's done good getting around and all. But as he gets bigger and heavier, he seems unable to walk on the leg now. It twists sideways. Any suggestions? Thanks.

I know in peacocks it can be caused by too much protein. Their leg seems to swing outward from the hip or knee. Not been able to do too much for it.

Definitely PT. I had a broken wrist and had 4 months PT. Yes, it is very painful. Perhaps there is a wholistic pain reliever suitable for turkeys. A little PT 2-3 times a day. GL
