Yes, I am watching her carefully. I just gave her some oregano and ACV, which I thought, the natural products will be ok. Today is day 3, so I'll continue to watch. She may have gotten stung, not sure! Her fecal matter looks normal and she is eating and drinking.

Yes, here is her head and neck.

That looks like an air leakage problem. If you feel it, it should feel like it is full of air instead of feeling solid.

The treatment is to lance it and let the air escape. It is best to make a jagged cut rather than a needle puncture. You want the cut to stay open long enough for all the air to escape and the leakage to stop. Using a needle tends to have the hole heal too quickly.

ACV will not help it. Neither will oregano.

I would lance in the lower neck which is closer to where the leakage is coming from. Gently apply pressure to the swollen areas to get all the air out. It may require lancing in multiple locations.
