So, of course everyone says that eggs must be turned during incubation. There are several reasons that I've heard, excersizing the chick, making sure that it doesn't stick, etc. Does anyone have any research on this? I put 18 eggs in and didn't turn them at all. I pulled one egg that was infertile. One looks dead as of yesterday, two more don't look promising. I have one good pip in one of the eggs now, but I'm having a hard time seeing the rest of the eggs.

I read somewhere that the embryo starts moving inside the egg on the 6th day of incubation. So i done a test and only turned them the first week and then stoped turning them. I had an 85% hatch rate. I will have to see if i can find it again.
