I have a low coast incubator that I have to turn the eggs. the problem is that the eggs like to roll during and right after me turning them. I hear that you should not roll the eggs but i can't seam to stop them from rolling

Do you have the wire mesh at the bottom of the incubator? If so, and they are still rolling, you could try the egg carton method. I've never done it, so don't have any pics to show you, but here is a link with a pic https://www.backyardchickens.com/forum/viewtopic.php?id=306366
