My Wheatens are starting to lay pretty good now that spring is here. Yay!
Auction is for 12 eggs .... I will add extras if the girls cooperate.
You will hatch wheaten and blue wheaten chicks.
My birds all have blue legs, full beards, and SMALL combs Egg color is a consistent rich turquoise color.

What is your secret for photographing eggs?????? Absolutely beautiful!!!

My girls lay beautiful eggs and all the pics I take wash them out terribly.

I have experiment a few times to see what makes them look true to color.
The yellow carton photo I have used in auctions is eggs sitting on the kitchen table in front of a sliding glass door.
below that is the same dozen eggs taken seconds apart using a flash... very washed out

! That lighting makes all the difference. So does what it is paired with... hmmm... I am going to need to think about this. I have a pair of lavender d'uccles that no matter how I photograph them they look white. They are a nice lilac color. But it doesn't show. I am going to have to work on this.

Oh, those eggs aren't beautiful.... they are GORGEOUS!! I am insanely jealous.
