Two bantams - pullets or cockerels?

I have two 3 and a half week old bantams from TSC That I'd like to know the gender of. One is a porcelain d'uccle (Fleur) and the other could be a buff orpington bantam (Buffy).

Are those waddles? They aren't bumps, just pink skin.

I would say pullets, but at about 5 or 6 weeks old, you will probably be able to get a more definite answer.
