Two Questions. Breed and Sex

Well, we’ve had the chicken for quiet a while now and I’m starting to think it’s a rooster. Everything besides waddle and comb screams “rooster!” At me. Another problem with him/her is I don’t know the breed. She/ he is also growing brown feathers on the ends.

Then definitely a pullet. Breed is tough to tell. She has the right coloring for a black sex link or maybe a black copper Marans. But she doesn't really remind me of either too much. I think she might be a Cochin bantam cross, but really not sure.
Alright. I’m pretty sure it’s a black copper marans, because I remember now that’s what they said they were. She has furry she has furry feet if that’s a characteristic of her type of marans.

Yes, they have feathered legs and feet. They should be a large chicken, not huge, but large and they usually lay dark brown eggs. Hope that is what you have-- they are a good breed.
