two story coop failed but still am expanding the coop

I had to cancel this project ,I wanted to do in January or February or march. My dad said no on the two story coop instead take some more area from my mom garden (I think my mom will be not happy about it) since the neighbor issue, he doesn’t want the neighbor to find out I have chickens in the town (i'm pretty sure my neighbor can see the coop when their leaving the backyard gate and I’m sure the neighbor knows I have chickens. the neighbor said shut up to my rooster and seen them out of the coop eating in the garden. I wish I lived in those acre houses, I personally HATE living here I want to move badly lol. My mom want to move over their and have her dream to have a big garden)
