You can buy the cheap ones, and then get a bag of cute stuff to tape on the outside in the scrapbooking section.

Well what would you call it? A bouncy horse? A spring horse? I guess I would normally call it a bouncy horse since you bounce more than you hop. My brain doesn't want to function....quit pickin on me.
