seems they inhaled to much fluid as my humidity was rubbish near the end so that probably done it. I just can't seem to hatch ducks for some reason xx

I'm so sorry for your loss..... Did you have the air vent open? Keep on trying and don't give up! On my first hatch, I only got 3/11 (one died soon after hatching, and one had to be assisted and was very weak), but bad experiences really help you to learn more.

:hugs

I think I was filling the water up to much and didn't give them a chance to lose the fluid. The eggs were both pretty much full up off fluid one I had to assist as it was drowning but it inhaled to much fluid and I think it slowly suffocated which breaks my heart. I've got the other incubator full with chickens and quail I'm going to sort everything out before I start on ducks again x

I,ve got two harlequins, but one has egg shell stuck on his bum, he,s also very noisy. Should I do anything about the egg shell? Or will it come off natraly?
Emma my laptop broke so having to use this little plan thing. That's why I haven't been on line. Hope you're OK xx
