The weather is forecast to get better soon so I'm sure you will have them out full time soon :fl

Any action from the polish yet? I sold the 6 I hatched for Easter but hoping to get some more in when the Brahma are a bit bigger. I'm doing some more goose eggs for our farmer friend though so it may have to be after that.

I have 9 polish, 1 Amber hybrid, 1 Amber x polish, 10 Brahma chicks and the 2 new goslings of course :love

Oh my how cute are they!! I just checked on them and I have one pip!! Well from what I can see might have more though. I knew something was happening as my humidity shot up lastnight without me adding water. Hopefully get a 100% hatch I've got 18 in there so fingers crossed! I'm going out today so thankfully I won't be stuck to the bator as that makes it drag on lol. Is it hard hatching goslings? I've been thinking about giving it ago

They sure are cute as a button :love

These were my first time with goose eggs so I was quite apprehensive about them. They need misting etc to mimic the goose coming back to the nest after swimming. This in theory keeps the shell moist and a it easier for them to hatch from. Often they internally pip and die before they externally pip so you need to check for the internal pip incase you need to make a safety hole for them. Thankfully these two didn't need help and hatched on their own.

Thankyou for the advice I may give it ago! 2 hatched now beautiful colours one has pipped on the pointed end so I've had to help it looks like it's pretty sticky so I'm staying up for a while to see what happens
