Umbilical Cord still attached to chick?

Hello, this chick hatched about 30 hours ago and part of its unbilical cord still has not fallen off (see picture #1) is it okay to cut it off so the other chicks don’t peck it off. I know not to pull it all the way off, but i’m afraid the other chicks might. Also, any idea what kind of chickens these might be? both hatched out of a blue/green eggs (pictures #2 and #3 and #4)

Looks good and dry, I'd clip it off....not too close to skin tho.
Can't see belly....is it closed and healthy looking?

I'd just snip it off too.
