Ahhh, salt, the spice of life.

I love Parmesan cheese on my popcorn

Hey, it's got salt in it

(Actually, I seem to recall you almost have to have salt to make cheese, and Parmesan isn't too bad, as salt content goes...)

I'm jealous, I had to quit eating popcorn.

Do you salt your grapefruit too? My friend puts sugar in her grits...I think she said it is a Northern thing? I put lots of cheese in my grits!

I personally love using oregano for just about everything. Oregano, cumin, cheese, salsa, and peanuts are great to put on nachos. Can you tell I am hungry? I haven't had dinner yet.

Pretty coyote. I am glad I don't have issues with the ones here.

Never tried salt on grapefruit, usually sprinkle a little brown sugar on it and broil, but now I'll have to try some salt.

I have never tried any fruit with salt on it, but I heard it helps intensify the sweetness of the fruit?? I guess I will have to try it sometime.

I don't personally like it, but my dad used to put not only salt, but pepper on watermelon. Not for me!

Grits with butter, sugar & cream or milk, yippee! Grits cut into squares and fried in butter, with syrup, woohoo! Savory grits with cheese... maybe.

Nothing exclusively Northern about a sweet tooth
