(Here ya go! Hope its good and you guys enjoy it!)

Jeds life was in shambles now. It was time for a new life. One of solitude and loneliness. What was he to do now? Where was he to go? Many of the questions he was asking himself as he laid beneath the shady maples. He was truely alone. Jed didnt have any family or friends. His dad abandond him after his mother was killed.
Jed closed his large eyes and all he could see was his mother. Although not a shapeshifter herself she was his mother. Her name was Amy Stone. Jed thought of all the things his mother and himself did together. Playing hide and seek in the woods in the Valley Of Green. How they cooked and cleaned and were hardly ever apart. Of course his dad never was much of kid person. His dads name was Brian Stone. Jeds parents fell in love early in 1818 and Jeds birth soon followed. A year after his parents were married they welcomed their wonderful son to the world. Jeds mother taught him everything he needed to know. He missed her dearly. He couldnt imagine why those people would want to murder a beautiful and brilliant woman. Jed sat thinking about the night he witnessed his mothers death and how he made sure to get justice. He rememberd thinking to himself how humans were even cruel to each other. He knew that the man whom commited the crime would never be able to hurt another. He made sure of that.

A single tear shed from his large lions eyes as he was thinking about his mother. Jed stood up and looked around and decided he would have to find some where to stay before night fall just in case the towns people came looking for him. He knew there was an abandond cave not far from where he stood. Jed walked the 5 miles to the cave and entered. It was a large cave. Large grey rocks creating the arch doorway of the cave. Light bearly making its way through the door way. Being a lion he had good eye sight in the dark. Jed went a little further into the cave found a spot to the far right in the cave behind some large boulders and laid down and soon fell into a deep sleep. Staying in his second skin was his best bet to stay safe during the night. Tomorrow he would travel.

Early the next morning Jed awoke to the sound of water flowing downward and hitting the ground in a splash. He walked out from his sleeping spot and found that it was raining pretty hard outside. He knew he would still have to travel. He knew the next town was Asantias. The king and queen lived there. Jed rememberd when he was younger his mom would take him into Asantias to get material to make his clothes. Asantias was where he was going to go now. Maybe he could find a shapeshifter clan that would accept him. He knew they existed but his parents would never allow him to join one. Jeds father was a shape shifter as well but it had been several years since his father wore his second skin. Jed spoke out loud to himself "Asantias here I come." Away he went traveling at a steady pace and keeping away from the roads and staying in cover.

Jed made it to the out skirts of Asantias just before the sun fell. He sat upon a hill covered in trees and looked out on the large city. Asantias was much larger than Arceos. More houses and stores. Cobbeld stone roads and lots of people and horses traveling along. He stood there watching and wondering what step to take next.
The rain had stopped alittle before he arrived outside of Asantias. He could see the large castle that housed the King Ezra Greyson and Queen Anna Greyson not to mention all of the hired help. Ladies in waiting and the kings men. The castle was like a little city within a larger city. Jed waited until it was dark and the city fell asleep. He left his perch atop the hill and went quietly to a farm house just outside of town and grabbed some clothes off of their clothes line. He would need clothes when he went back into his human skin. Jed went quietly into the woods and let his human skin wash over her is lions body. Soon he was back to his human form. Slipping the white shirt over his head and the dark blue pants over his legs he got dressed quickly and began to make his entrance into Asantias.

He walked along the road and rememberd just about everything that he saw from his childhood. It was so peaceful here during the wee hours of the night. Suddenly he heard the click clock of horse hoofs coming from behind him. He turned to face the person coming up behind him but all he could see was the horse with its passanger laying across the saddle. The horse was a large white horse with tail and main to match. The horse seemed to almost glow in the moon light. The passenger across the saddle was svery still. Almost to still to be alive. He walked slowly up to the horse so as not to spook her. The heap of human flesh was covered in a cloth the color of the horse with stains of dark red.

Jed held the reins buckled to the horses head and raised the sheet. To find a young woman. She was barely breathing but she was still alive. She had bright blond hair and was wearing a dark purple satin dress with gold lining across the bottom. Her hair was curly and pulled back by a purple ribbon to match her dress. The dress was long and looked like it could possibly be made for some one of the royal family. He watched as her breaths got short and shallow. Jed knew he had to help her. He needed to find a doctor or someone who could help. Either way he needed to make it a hurry. He couldnt just leave her to die.

Walking the horse down the road slowly, making sure the woman on the back didnt fall to the ground. Jed found the house of the local doctor him and his mother visited when he was just a few years younger. He banged loudly on the door with a closed fist. A candle was lit and Jed could see it shine through the curtian covered windows as it moved closer to the door. An older man of about 65 years awnsered the door looking a bit frustrated at first. The old mans eyes must have adjusted soon after because his face turned from frustrated to worry and grieve as Jed stood holding the reins.
