I will have a handful of serama cockerels to bring along with a few other things, possibly a mixed breed hen and other mixed breed bantam chicks, one greyish blue frizzle baby. I may be interested in one of your splash silkie roos, I have 2 white hens and a blue pullet i'd like to add him with them , we will see if the old man will fall for it

He told me NO MORE CHICKENS ahahahaha!

Hmmmmm..... I will have a Blue Orp roo, a mixed roo, maybe a few Ameracauna roos. I am debating selling my BLRW breeding group and my B/B/S Jersey group.

I am looking for a Mille Fleur d'Uccle roo or pair and a black mottled d'Uccle roo or pair.

:O BLRW?!?!?! Banties or standards? I always wanted a lil bantie pair but the ones I got from Ideal were lets say "less then ideal"
You should go to the swap katie, I'd love to sit and chat with you there!

The address to the forest lake houles is...

The BLRW are standards. I have 3 splash hens, and a deep blue hen and a black-laced red roo. I had been going to focus on those as my breeding project, but then I discovered the "bantam mille fleur cochin" project. I am IN LOVE with the gorgeous little birds!! So, I am debating whether or not to keep going with the standards, or switch over to an all bantam flock.

Hey, are there usually Turkey Poults there?

I have a feeling I could be in serious trouble at these 2 swaps.....

Maybe if I can break even? (Not talking money, just how many i give away and how many I take home!!)

It is a sickness, but I don't want to be cured!

Katie

I have a BLRW bantam chick (6 weeks). I originally had 6 hatching eggs but this was the only one that made it. I have a sad feeling that it is a roo so I will have to think about whether to keep it or not. I would like to find more BLRW bantams as well.

Hey vicky, If you want to part with that possible blrw roo I'll take him, I once had a glw standard roo and he was the sweetest boy ever! I'd love a mini version of good ole "nelson"

Katie, I have never been to the houles swap but have seeen poults at the isanti swaps numerous times. I hear ya on not wanting to be cured..... Me either

Sounds great. A friend Jodi told me that the stillwater swap is on the 26th as well. Thats good for me, gives the little chicks a chance to grow a bit more

Stillwater is gonna be my backup in case stuff doesn't go this weekend.

Cheers!
