I was just telling hubby last night I remember when the kicks were so cute and I would say awwww the babys kicking....

NOT NOW.... Its like getting beat up from the inside out !!! I swear he pulls/tugs somtime in there and I feel like im getting electrocuted

From what hubby tells me I wake up somtimes in the middle of the night let out a "OMG" or an "OUCH" and lay back down !!!

ME TOO! Oh my gosh... I will jump out of bed like someone just poked me with a cattle prod. I remember those "cute" kicks, too. Now I swear he's chewing on the umbilical cord!

LOL !!! Glad it's not just me !!!! Hubby looks at my belly somtimes and says "wow looks like it hurts, does it'? Uhmmm, yah it's not cute anymore I tell him.

Have you dropped yet ??

I guess the amount of c-sections have really gone up, but a lot of it has to do with weight problems/complications (or so this article said). I'd rather just do it the old fashion way (with drugs, thankyouverymuch) and get the heck out of the hospital.
I don't pay for my insurance and I have no copay... and surprisingly enough, they won't do a c-section at your request. It has to be medically necessary. You'd think I'd be the perfect candidate for free money (from the OB's point of view) since I have no out of pocket expense.

According to people who see me once a week or less, yes. I can't tell.

You'll know when you drop...it'll feel like you're walking with a bowling ball sitting on your pelvis!!

I did my 3 the old-fashioned way too....no drugs. I'd do it over the same way. I was the same way as you...slow to start. Went around thinned and dialated and feeling like things weren't ever going to get going for days!! I hope your "real labor" starts soon and that everything goes well for you.

Wow.....I just found this post......... Good Luck with EVERYTHING!!!!!!! My only advice is to not be a hero. Take whatever your offered to be comfortable. We are all different in our experience and the time it takes and how much it hurts. If you are feeling uncomfortable, let them help you feel better. BTW...... I LOVE the name AIDEN. Again, Best wishes for a great birth-day
