Darn !!!! Did the doctor say you were close at all ???

She said he will be early. I'm due February 7th. I'm not sure if "early" means next week or February 6th!

Had an ultrasound today and he's in position. I guess it's just a waiting game.

Yes, I guess in the birthing world "early" could mean a lot of things !!

Well at least he is in position !!! Thats a good thing !!!

From what they told us in birthing class our hospital will give an epidural 4cm till birth. I was shocked to hear this !!!

They often will tell you a lot of things just to keep you calm.

Yeah, no kidding. Two weeks ago his head was darn near halfway down my left leg! For three days he wiggled and rolled around (OUCH), finally getting to where he needs to be.
I don't care what anyone says. I will never forget how much being pregnant sucks.

I was just telling hubby last night I remember when the kicks were so cute and I would say awwww the babys kicking....

NOT NOW.... Its like getting beat up from the inside out !!! I swear he pulls/tugs somtime in there and I feel like im getting electrocuted

From what hubby tells me I wake up somtimes in the middle of the night let out a "OMG" or an "OUCH" and lay back down !!!

I guess some women really love being pregnant and say they've never felt better. Not me. I know I'll love the end result, but I hate being pregnant. Do you know how long it's been since I've ridden my horses??

ME TOO! Oh my gosh... I will jump out of bed like someone just poked me with a cattle prod. I remember those "cute" kicks, too. Now I swear he's chewing on the umbilical cord!

Sure, why not do an epidural at 9cm when it won't have time to do you any good.... they'll get paid if it helps you or not. Think about that.

I was watching The Doctors the other morning and could not believe my ears when I heard a first-time mother say her OB was giving her the choice between a vaginal birth or an ELECTIVE c-section. Of course the female OB on the show was all about how it was a good thing to let women decide if they wanted to have a c-section, blah, blah, blah. WHAT?! It's major surgery with days worth of recovery time... not exactly like having a wart removed, ya know. BUT, c-sections pay OBs a whole lot more $$ than vaginal births do, so I guess I really shouldn't be surprised to hear of this new "progressive" movement.

What really shocked me though was that the first-time, young, healthy pregnant woman actually elected to have one.
