in my case, it felt more like a sudden gush than a slow leak (probably very graphic). I thought I'd wet myself, but I was assured my water had broken.

I know some feel the "gush" but in class they said it could feel like a leak (which doesnt help me since I have leaked you know what for a week or so now) But about an hour ago I really started to feel leaky !!

When the docter broke mine it felt like a warm gush all at once. I've heard that if your standing up it's more of a trickle, since the babys head is blocking. I was laying down so I don't know if that is true. When it happens you will know without a doubt.
