Update on my laying pullets

Mine after the first lay day are sporatic also. Some lay the very next day and then skip, some skip 2 days and then lay. Keep us posted. My daughter really wanted a Barred rock, but we ended up with SLW for our black and white selection.

One of my partride rocks laid her very first tiny egg today....so adorable. Of the 14 chickens only 2 are not laying. It's fun to go and see who laid what.

Did you saya 23oz? That is huge............ bantams usually weigh about 26oz.
