How cute!
They look to be about 2-3 weeks old or so. They'll be ready to go to new homes in 2-3 more weeks. Usually 5-6 weeks is a good time to send them off, but you'll want to take them away from mom and wean them at 4 weeks or so in male/female cages. Round milk looking bellies make me think they are still nursing.
You can't keep Syrians together as they are the solitary types once they reach maturity. The dwarf types can be kept in same sex pairs, but only if reared together from babies, and males sometimes don't get along as well as females in groups. At one point in time I bred russian dwarfs, to feed my friend's corn snake. It eventually graduated to fuzzies where she went back to store bought food. The dwarfs had a faster reproductive cycle, smaller babies, and didn't smell like the mice.
They were so cute as marble sized babies, but I prefer the Syrian look and temperament better.
Good luck finding homes for them!
