i might lose another one it is by its self but it just lays on its just it wont get up and its wings are out, what did i do wrong, i have him in his own little box for now lets see if he survives today i will check when i get of work tonight, in the mean time look at these new pics

ok here i got some good news as i was getting ready for work today i heard a weird noise from the bator, thought that the 1 chick i have in there was running a muck, but to my surprise i saw this (keep in mind today is day 25/26

Those would be called Mallards. How is it going now? Is that a duck egg that is pipped? I hatched duck eggs once a long time ago (only one hatched) and it rocked and peeped for days before it actually hatched out.
 
ok yea mallards then yes 1 of the duck eggs is pipped but i am at work till 6 tonight which is another 8 1/2 hours so i will let you guys know if i got anything as soon as i find out myself

The ones that are striped like little chipmunks are easter eggers (AKA Americaunas). I ordered 10 last spring and they all looked just like that just varying shades--but all striped down the back. They are so adorable---I've got 2 eggs incubating in a mini bator--and I'm so excited!!!
 
thanks for the ee tip, and good luck on you mini incubator hatch what breed are the eggs?
