It just started happening a half hour ago. It looks like pictures of vent gleet I saw,
The problem is most people think vent gleet = yeast infection. A yeast infection in a chicken that hasn't been on antibiotics is rare, so if I were you I would de-worm, and possibly treat for coccidiosis.

How does someone even de-worm? Would it happen so fast? She has her butt feathers pulled back.

If you live in the US, go get some Safeguard for goats and give 0.23 ml per pound orally for 5 days.
