Updates on the last pages: Neighbor is threatening me and my chickens

Pics
I just don’t know where to go or what to do. I’ve only ever moved once in my whole life. I want to keep my kids in the same district because they have trouble making friends. I’m just so hurt by all this.
Don’t start packing yet. See if there is a way to work through this. Who owns the land that abuts yours at the 200’ mark? Any chance of buying some of it?

dont worry we are here to help you thru this and give you support! try to call the number on the card and if the was real then try to buy 100 feet of the persons property (not the mean neibores)

It might be since I can’t seem to find it anywhere. I’d like to know it actually exists.
I'd need to know your county and zoning, or you could message me your address (if you are incredibly trusting - its not something I would do) and I could look at the property on a GIS map, maybe take some measurements. It would be the setbacks for ancillary structures, and it may differ by facing (that is, structures may need to be 200 ft from the street, but only 50 ft from a side or back property line. Sometimes, there are setbacks based on a neighbor's construction choices, but those are more rare and typically apply only to a primary residence.

(More rare, because a neighbor who chose to set their house back from the road a long way might render the lot of the neighbor behind them essentially unbuildable, or prevent the neighbors on either side from having a shed, green house, or pool room. But they do occur from time to time.

First thing us to get that ordinance copy.

Are you inside city limits?
Which county are you in?
If inside city limits which city?

/and if it can be moved, it might be worth hiring a couple people to do it - or gaining the aid of a more friendly neighbor with some heavy equipment. Don't know how big a coop you need to move, or if its constructed in a way that makes moving practical, but don't give up all hope quite yet.

Have you looked here?
Many are listed and include links to the ordinances.
I looked at it and my village isn’t listed. I’m hoping my husband has the distance wrong. I looked up the ordinance guy and he does work for the town. This is shit because other people have chickens in the village and they don’t need to do this shit. I’m a target because my neighbor doesn’t want to control his damn dog.

I PMed you my county. My coop can be moved but I have a bigger one coming on Monday. Now I don’t know where to put it.
