. I'm not familiar with the cloud. I wonder if this problem is internet connection related. Like it's timing out.

AH HA!
There is the problem (I think)
You phone may be running slow because it is TOO full.
 
I'm back on my phone now. It's not running slow. Far better and more fluid than the pc. And it spellchecks and puts capitals in! It only about 50% full. I still have over 600 pics on it and countless videos.its getting late now so I will take all my pictures and media off tomorrow and see if that makes a difference. :fl

I'm still a little confused: Did we isolate this problem to just the app, or also to the browser?

I don't think we've seen any other reports of this, so I'm trying to get as much detail as possible to try to reproduce it.
 
I've just removed all media on my phone 1034 pictures and videos.

This uploaded straight away. Problem solved? I hope so. We'll see. If not I'll post back here. Thankyou @KikisGirls and @Nifty-Chicken
