Urgent!! Assisted hatching! Chick is out!

Oh how fun!! I love silkies! I’m thinking about breeding my silkie roo with my turken hen.

Update: I woke up this morning and there was no movement at all and the membrane had completely dried.
I decided to open it up and the chick is still alive but still underdeveloped. A good portion of yolk sac is still out so I put it back in the incubator with the shell still attached.
Is there anything I can do?

It is breathing now and I saw it open it’s eyes once but no chirping

It still has veins attached to the shell, but it’s feet r out

Just placed it in a cup, gently held her upright and she scooted back into the shell. Just hoping for a miracle at this point. How many days old do u think she is? Maybe I can narrow down how this egg got into the clutch..

Also just realized shes “sticky chick” all her fluff is hard and her wing could barely move. This sucks. Should I try to clean it with warm water, wait, or cull it.

The chick unfortunately did not make it. A day after my last post it was very weak and passed away.
