*URGENT* Chick intestines coming out butt?!?!!

Yes. That would protect the yolk sac from pulling out the intestines.
What should you do if the intestines do come out? I’ve got one that’s like that. It won’t get up, it just kicks it’s feet around. It curls up as if it’s in the egg still. We don’t know what happened, as it hatched when it was supposed to and we didn’t assist it. I don’t want to put it down, but at this rate we will have to. It’s been over 24hours and it’s still like this

For your chick, I don't know why it is staying curled up like you describe. It may be sitting there waiting to absorb the yolk (which is good), or it may have some other problems that you cannot see, and may die. Personally, I don't know enough to tell the difference.

Since you asked what to do it the intestines really do come out: at that point there would be no way to save the chick, so you would have to choose between putting it down or letting it die on its own. (Putting it down is probably the more humane choice in a case like that.)

For future reference, it works better to start a new thread, rather than adding to an old one. Most people don't bother reading new posts on threads this old. If you are able to add photos, that usually helps too, so people can see just what you are dealing with.
