Urgent Help... Ducklings

[Just Hatch duck]

Hi, I've gotten day old ducklings multiple times from breeders and have all been healthy and happy... but i decided to try and incubate my eggs and today one hatched. I'm not not sure what I'm supposed to do, he just hatched a couple of hours ago and I've given him water and baby food, and I've put a heat lamp on and he's made a little nest in the corner out of some hay i gave him... is there any advice you would give me for them?

If dry, you need to dip their beaks in the water. If the other ducklings know where the food his they will teach him. He needs company.
