Urgent help with baby bird we found

So we left him to rest a little right now, since he seems scared and tired. We did give him some sugar water through the help of a syringe and he drank a little. He can chirp pretty loudly and don't worry, he is separated from our flock
Can you take a pic holding him? Try to get a few good ones. You need to feed him the correct food for his species, so we need to try to identify him.
Where are you located?

Right now we are trying to let him sleep since he seemed exhausted and scared but I'll try to get pictures of him as soon as possible. I'm located in South America right now. He is dark brownish with white spots and is chubby. He has long wings and tiny legs which he was using to hang on to the cotton bed we made him. Don't worry we'll get better picks as soon as we can though

Hello everyone, we just found a baby bird that appears to have fallen from his nest which is about 7 meters tall. His wings are spread out and he seems injured. He is tiny, and can't walk, instead he was moving around with his wings. We game him some water mixed with corn powder and he seemed to drink a little. He estimate that he can't have been there for more than 24 hours. We put in in a shoe box now and put him in cotton. What else can we do? Tomorrow we will try to find his nest but right now we can't because it is very dark outside. Any help would be greatly appreaciated. I will attatch pics:
I have raised any number of baby birds. I fed them dog food. Either soaked kibble or canned. That is what the wildlife rehab told me to feed them and they did well on it.

We took new pics today for everyone to see. Since we are convinced he is a hummingbird he is being fed sugar water in a ratio of 4 to 1 in regular doses. He still isn't moving much but from what we researched that's normal since a hummingbird can't walk. What else can we feed him? We also noticed a pink spot under his neck which we believe to be his stomach pouch but are unsure. Is it normal?

He looks too big to be a baby hummingbird. Hummingbird babies are usually way smaller than that, but maybe there are bigger varieties there?

The pink area is just his crop showing through.
Since he isn't fledgling age he won't move around hardly at all yet.
I'm not sure what kind of birds you guys have there, so I don't know what it is. I'd try to get it to a rescue, they'll know about the local birds and be able to help it more.
