I'd make sure your one having the lameness would def get 1ml. So she gets a full dose. For your other 2 if they aren't having any problems Add the Liquid b complex to their water. 1ml each so 2 ml. total.
Or you can strictly give the liquid to you lame one and use Nutritional yeast for the other 2 1 Tab per cup of feed. sprinkled over the feed. It won't hurt your lame one to have both. What they don't use they pee out. That way the liquid goes further be sure to keep in the frig after opening.
