Urgent need help!!!! Now!!!

Started on day 21 been going ever since. So far 12 out of 14 have hatched. The last one about 20 minutes ago.

With the last one hatching 20 minutes ago it still has a chance on its own. So hard to tell what to do from this side of the fence though.

Can you candle the one with the air cell that you are concerned about and post a picture so we can see what you are seeing?

Make sure you keep the humidity up. If you are opening the incubator a lot it will lose humidity. You might consider adding a damp sponge in the incubator.

Thanks i have 4 sponges that i alternate in and out when i open it. Been keeping between 68 and 75 % during lock down. This is my 1st hatch ever and it has gone alot better than i expected.
I have spent countless hrs researching this site as well as others. Just freaked out for a minute. Thank you very much for the advice
