Urgent please help my Chick

So sorry for your loss. It was not unexpected though, with that type of repiratory distress. I would suspect virulent Newcastles disease, which is very contagious, but it could have been another disease or gapeworms. If you have a poultry lab that could do a necropsy, that might get an answer.

So sorry. They are so fragile at that age. Try to get a necropsy if at all possible.
In India and that too in my village it's not possible.

Guys but can we do vaccine or take any preventive measures before this happens so at-least in the future I can handle them safely?

Yes, there is a Newcastles vaccine combined with infectious bronchitis, and another for mycoplasma (MG) available. Some vaccines are given in the water for 5000 chickens. Others may be given into the nostrils or eyes, depending on the type. It should be obtained as close to you as possible, since vaccines have to be kept cold while in shipping, and of course vaccines are shipped in large dosages for many birds. Newcastles has several strains, and the strain common in your part of the world would be best. Obtaining healthy chicks from healthy parents who have not been exposed would be more simple.
