URGENT!! POSSIBLE EGG BOUND HEN???

It's not possible to make a diagnosis, just to guess given the clues.

It's possible she has either an infection or is egg bound, maybe both. So, I would treat for both. Do you have an antibiotic on hand? Give her a calcium tablet. I would go back out and stuff it into her beak tonight so it can work overnight. Try to locate an antibiotic and have it ready just in case.

I agree.
What she passed looks like it may be lash material but hard to tell, so she may have more material she's needing to expel and/or an egg as well.
The calcium as suggested can be very beneficial.
An antibiotic may help with infection.

The frustrating thing is we have no vets here that treat fowl. You start looking at symptoms, and it could be a dozen things. I had one hen egg bound, and she was straining and prolapsed. You can soak her in Epsom salt water which helps and the Tums too. Can you feel an egg inside? How is she this morning?

Doing better. I gave her calcium last night and that seemed to help. She had an epsom salt bath this morning. Not a fan of the bath but I got it done

Update: it’s been hard to post this but you all have been with me so I figured I should let you know. She passed away in my arms the other night. Thank you for everyone’s help in trying to save her
