Urgent! Vaccine for hen usage??

I have a vaccine that intramuscular usage and since I have seen that it’s supposed to given in breast but since she is skinny and barely has any muscles im afraid I’ll hurt her. Our vet told us that it can be given by leg muscle as well but which part and where would I not hit a nerve and how much of the needle? And at an angle? Like right there?

Reason for this is last time we injected a hen in the breast she died minutes later. The one the day before that she had no bad response to it. It was Tylan 50
