URGENT! Young Hen has Large Growth Under Tongue

Went to check on my young hens today and found one with this.

It is a large sac under the tongue and is bloody.

I have isolated her from the rest of the group but am wondering if this is contagious to the other hens, and what I can do about this.

My partner just noticed it today when he went to check on the hens. Last night she seemed fine, if it was there we definitely did not notice it.

She is not eating or drinking because she is struggling to breathe.
 
I can only see swelling under the tongue and blood. Could she have injured her tongue or gotten pecked? Can you look carefully for a string or hair that might be around the tongue?

I am asking my partner to one right now, I also considered it getting something stuck in there.

It's also not moving its neck, so that seems like a possibility.
