Okay, does it look incredibly swollen? I know its making it a struggle to breathe.
Yes, she isn't moving her neck and will not eat or drink due to how large the swelling is.

Most likely not but possible. Would it be to much for you to try and drain it?I feel that infection is more likely due to the fact that it appeared overnight.
Someone also suggested that there could be something stuck in the throat, but I'm not sure if that would cause this amount of swelling.
