Using a battery for Hovabator

Does anyone have experience with running your Genesis Hovabator on the 12v battery? Is this for temporary power, or can you actually run it long enough to hatch out a batch of eggs on the battery?

You'll have the eggs in the incubator for at least two weeks...so you'd have to charge the battery somewhere along the line,,maybe several times. You can run the incubator off an inventor, which will save on battery life, but it's probably best to use wall outlet.
